Homemade Protein Bar

Ingredients

• 4 Scoops of BarnDad’s FiberDX German Chocolate Shake
• 4 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (Your Choice in Type/Brand)
• 1 Cup of Milk (Your Choice of Milk)
• 2 Cups of Oats (Regular or Instant)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Pour mixture into a pan.
3. Refrigerate mixture for 8 hours (Easiest if left in overnight).
4. Cut into small bars & Enjoy!
